Region Briefs: N.J. candidates set to debate

GLASSBORO -- Rowan University will host debates of candidates seeking General Assembly seats next month in the 3rd and 4th legislative districts. At 5 p.m. Tuesday, a debate in the Bozorth Hall auditorium will feature 3rd District candidates John Burzichelli and Douglas Fisher, Democrats; Phil Donohue and Jeffrey Stepler, Republicans; and Margie MacWilliams and Charles Woodrow, Green Party.

At 5 p.m. Oct. 23, 4th District candidates Paul Moriarty and Sandra Love, both Democrats, will debate GOP candidates Patricia Fratticcioli and Agnes Gardiner in Bozorth Hall.

The debates will be broadcast on WGLS (89.7 FM) and on the Internet at wgls.rowan.edu.
